About me
Waking Circles was born from a personal journey of migration, loss, healing, love and remembering.
Rooted in my lived experience and professional training, this work brings together CBT, shadow work, and ancestral, earth-based wisdom to support meaningful change.
My role is to be a mirror to you, bringing intentional presence to our sessions to reflect back into your awareness what is ready to be worked through

As a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Integrative Wellbeing Practitioner I offer a space for you to explore your identity and beliefs, challenge behaviours that are keeping you stuck, experience a deeply safe environment to feel into your heart and find truth and realignment yourself with your purpose.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a goal oriented, evidence based talking therapy which can help with many mental health struggles such as depression, social anxiety, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder, sleep problems, etc.
It can help us to understand the connection between our thoughts, feelings, behaviours and the meaning we create from our experiences, allowing us to gently reframe our perspective and step out of cycles that no longer serve us.
Facing Shadows Programme
Facing Shadows is a culmination of integrative practices, bringing wisdom from lived experience, traditional shadow work and the Medicine Wheel, as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy tools.
This programme is designed to support you in deepening your relationship with yourself, by diving into the four aspects of self: mental, physical, emotional and spiritual.
